The LIVING GOD #DESIRES
Many people enjoy Hallmark stories, so I want to share the greatest love of all. It is recorded in John 17:24-26 when Jesus said, “Father, I DESIRE that they whom Thou hast given Me, be with Me where I am, in order that they may behold My glory, which Thou gave Me; for Thou did LOVE ME before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father, although the world has not known Thee, yet I have known Thee; and these have known that Thou did send Me; and I have made Thy name known to them and will make it known; that the LOVE wherewith Thou did LOVE ME may be in them and I in them..” “For GOD so LOVED the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16

What does #Psalms 139 teach us about the greatness of #God? In this age of technological achievements, have we become jaded to the amazing character of our creator? How vast is God’s knowledge of us? Now multiply that by the billions of people on the planet. Where can we go that God would not find us? Is there a deep dark place that God’s light cannot reach? That would be scary if God was out to smite us as some would have us to believe. No, God loves us and wants to bring us back to Himself from the dark. He even sent His only Son to bridge the gap.
