Maybe a great #musician, #mathematician, #politician, #scholar, #king, #queen, #artist, #mother, #father, #child would be your choice; however, today I am afraid many would choose fiction in the form of books, videos, TV, or internet. As I observe our culture, I find that many individuals do not enjoy one another or appreciate the wisdom that interaction affords. With this withdrawal has come a denial of God’s desire for our companionship. You see when you truly love someone you want to be in their presence! Revelation 2:2-4 tells us, “I know your works, and labor, and patience, and how you cannot tolerate them which are evil: and you have tried those which say they are apostles, and are not, and found them liars: and have borne and have patience for my name’s sake you have labored without fainting. Nevertheless I have somewhat against you, because you have left your first love. Rev.1:17 “Lord said, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am He that lives and was dead; and behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.” How long has it been since you spoke to GOD? Rev.2:7 “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the PRESENCE OF GOD.”
