THE LIVING GOD – RECONCILING
Have you ever done something #stupid? Today wrong appears to be right and right seems wrong. #Satan can be disguised as a helper all the while being a #robber in sheep clothing. God is very aware of our shortcomings and has the power to overcome the evil attacks that Satan slings at us. Where do I go when being confounded by satanic words? 11Corth.6:7 “by knowledge, by long-suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by love unfeigned by the word of truth, by the power of God. 10:4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds) God is in control. When I make wrong choices, I asked forgiveness and turn to the Lord. 11Corth.5:18,19 “All things are of GOD, WHO HAS RECONCILED US TO HIMSELF BY JESUS CHRIST, AND HAS GIVEN TO US THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION; that is to say, GOD WAS IN CHRIST, RECONCILING THE WORLD UNTO HIMSELF, not reckoning or imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” Where do you put your shame and quilt? Are you stewing in remorse, distress, or uncertainty? It pleases our Father and Lord when we come to Him. Colossians 1:1921 “It pleased the Father that in Him should all fullness dwell having made peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him – whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.. You were sometimes alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has HE RECONCILED” God is reconciling with open arms…”faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. Bow your knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…that He would grant you..to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith so you may be rooted and grounded in love.” Eph.3:14-17

Who doesn’t like a good #comforter? The Bible calls the #HolySpirit the Great Comforter. Another translation of that phrase in the Bible is #Counselor, #advocate, or #helper. Who helps us stand up in front of the ultimate judge? Why do we need help in front of God? What does the Holy Spirit have in common with a great trial lawyer?

How does the Holy Spirit light up the life of Christians? Why is it important to have enough oil? What was used by the people of Israel to anoint a priest? What did this precious liquid have to do with healing sickness?

When is the #wind more than just an atmospheric disturbance? #GentleBreeze to #Hurricane, there are many differences in the strength of gusts of air. #Breath is another variation of wind, and yet God can be seen in all of these. What does the Bible say about the breath of God? What happened when Jesus breathed on the disciples? What happened when the Holy Spirit was fully given at the Pentecost?
