A #room by definition has at least one #door. Very important rooms often have only one door. What did #Jesus Christ claim about #EternalLife that was so controversial both then and now? Jesus is the door out of what? Doors also take us through places. What can Christ take us through? But mostly we think of a door as an entrance. What does the Lord, and only the Lord, allow us to enter?

While #Evil is thrust before our eyes to make us #fearful, Ps.56:11 “In #GOD will I put my trust; I will not be afraid what man can do unto me…13God has delivered my soul from death: will He not deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?” Recently, I was told that a Sunday School teacher was telling others to not admit you’re a Christ follower for you could be a target. I pray we will follow God’s word rather than the fear mongers. Ps.56:3 “What time I am afraid, I will trust in God…I will praise His word…I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.” Ps.57 “Be merciful unto me, O God, for my soul trusts in Thee; in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. I will cry unto God most high; GOD WHO PERFORMS ALL THINGS FOR ME. He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. GOD shall send forth His Mercy and Truth.”
#”Words, Words, Words, I’m so sick of Words” is a line from the musical My Fair Lady and is relevant for today as we are bombarded with loud -pompous- egotistical- opinionated voices from all media. Where can we turn? John 8:43 “JESUS SAID, Why do YOU not understand MY SPEECH? 46. I SAY the TRUTH so why do you not believe ME? 47. He that is of GOD HEARS GOD’S WORDS” We choose what shows, channels, stations we like and want to hear. I enjoy a good story with a twist or hidden meaning. Jesus was the storyteller Matthew 13:34,35 “JESUS SPOKE TO MULTITUDES in parables.…‘I will open MY MOUTH in parables: I will UTTER things hidden since the foundation of the world” Enjoy reading those parables which GOD SPOKE and listen to His Still Small Voice. “A Word properly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver” Prov.25:11
“The #TRUTH OF THE #LORD ENDURES FOREVER” Ps. 117:2 That comes straight from the word of GOD. When God’s Word is ignored, then man proclaims lies are truth and truth is a lie. Just observe our society today twisting the meaning of words. “God gave them up to uncleanness through lusts of their own hearts to dishonor their bodies..who changed the TRUTH OF GOD into a lie, and worshipped and served self more than the Creator.” Rom.1:24 Satan is a deceiver! So how can we know real truth? “For the law was given by Moses, but grace and TRUTH CAME BY JESUS CHRIST” John 1:17 “JESUS said, I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE, no one comes to the Father, but through ME.” John 14:6 “You shall know the TRUTH and the TRUTH shall make you free.” John 8:32 .. …”when the Spirit of TRUTH is come, he will guide you into all TRUTH…”John 16:13
#E.T., #spooks, #hauntings, #ghosts are all things many people find believable -yet in that darkness – they are still searching! God’s word gives us clear verbage on His being, but He gives us the freedom to choose His truth or Satan’s lies. “Now the LORD is that SPIRIT: and where the SPIRIT of the LORD is, there is LIBERTY” 2Cor.3:17 “But the hour comes and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in SPIRIT and in TRUTH: for the Father seeks such to worship Him. GOD IS SPIRIT: and they that worship Him must worship Him in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.” John 4:23,24
